We stand by our products and subsequently offer a comprehensive lifetime guarantee against all defects in materials and workmanship. No matter how many journeys your bag has been on, if it's on us we'll fix it.

We ship all orders on our EU store from within the EU. This means there are no added fees or taxes so you can be confident the price you pay at checkout is all you'll pay. This does not apply to custom products.
