BIO: Rich and James are a father/son duo based in Northumberland. Whether racing 24 hour mountain bike solos or setting FKTs before they were called FKTs, Rich is one of the most experienced endurance riders out there. He now shares his wealth of experience with coaching clients.

There was little chance that his son would grow up without being obsessed with bikes. James has taken things to another level though. He completed the Highland Trail with his father at the age of 11 and last year the duo completed the immensely hard Arizona Trail 800 race in the US. Amazingly he's still only 13!
