Restrap ambassador James Benson-King is attempting to become the first person to cycle solo and unsupported from the edge of Antarctica to the South Pole in November. In our latest blog post, he takes us through "Pedal the Impossible" – from his background and experience to date through to what it will take to pack for two months on the ice.

The much loved Restrap Solstice Century is back!
