DO BE AWARE THAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MODIFIED PRODUCTS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER CARE, ABUSE, ACCIDENT OR THE NATURAL BREAKDOWN OF MATERIALS OVER TIME AS A RESULT OF REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR. WE USUALLY CONSIDER WEAR AND TEAR TO BE ANYTHING BEYOND 6 MONTHS OF CONSISTENT USE, BUT THIS DOES VARY FROM PRODUCT TO PRODUCT. YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE SURE ANYTHING THAT’S SENT BACK TO US IS CLEANED. BAGS LADEN WITH MUD AND GRIT PREVENT US FROM DOING THE ESSENTIAL REPAIR WORK TO GET THEM LOOKING AND FEELING FRESH AGAIN. DEPENDING ON THE REPAIR THERE MAY BE A COST INVOLVED, AND THIS VARIES ON EXACTLY WHAT THE REPAIR IS. OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL LET YOU KNOW A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF ANY CHARGES THAT MIGHT BE APPLIED.
